Flo-90 Applications - Boat Trailers

Problem:

Heavy corrosion on inside of tubing due to heavy exposure to both fresh and saltwater environments.

Solution:

Flo-90 tubing from Allied. The Flo-90 product was developed by Allied's engineering staff with this problem in mind. Flo-90 starts with high-strength pre-galvanized cold-formed steel and adds a 90% zinc organic coating to the interior of the tube. This double coating of the ID provides exceptional protection to deliver the necessary corrosion resistance for even the most hostile environments. The OD features the same triple layer of protection as our standard galvanized tubing. It is also easily painted or powder coated for added protection.
